The wine program at Cask reflects a true passion for terroir driven , hand selected wines from carefully stewarded vineyards of our region. It’s no secret that what ends up in your glass begins with the farm and at Cask we have stocked our cellar with wines that reflect the true spirit of their humble beginnings- the hallowed grounds of the winegrower. Many of our choices are from small producers who pour their hearts and souls into each bottle. There are some names widely known and others waiting to be discovered.
