ARGER MARTUCCI SAIGNIEE SAUVAGE

The term Saignie in French means to bleed. This term is used in wine-making when grapes are crushed and a portion of the juice is bled off and separated from the crushed grapes. The result is a concentrated must, with a higher ratio of skins to juice. The bouquet is one of intense citrus/cabernet and floral notes. The flavors on the palate are the essence of Cabernet Sauvignon. A crisp, beautifully balanced ros which will pair well with a
summer menu of lighter foods or simply enjoyed on the patio on its own.
