It is your responsibility to inform us of any breach of security regarding your password or login details. You may be contacted by "Cask" from time to time to check your details are correct and to ensure there are no breaches of security. Future Beverage Inc. is a responsible beverage supplier and as such recommends that it's customers drink in moderation.
"Cask" is a responsible, licensed retailer, and does not sell on your data. With your consent we will contact you with offers, newsletters, and information that is relevant to your product choice. If you do not wish us to use your details in promoting our services to you please email us. We keep your data in strict confidence and keep it in a secure location.
All prices quoted on the site are for USA shipment only and do not include any duty fees. Any promotional prices are subject to availability and are available on a first come first serve basis and are subject to change. Retail prices may change over time due to producer and supplier pricing.
All Credit Card or Paypal payments are made in United States Currency. If you do not have a Credit Card or a Paypal account that operates in United States currency, then your account will be debited based upon the currency exchange rate that the Credit Card issuer operates at the transaction moment in United States currency.
In recognition of demand fluctuations, and product availability, we can only deliver on a first come, first served basis and we are not liable if we are unable to supply a particular product in your order. We will notify you within 24 hours should a product be unavailable and offer you a suitable alternative or inform you when the product will be back in stock and provide you with an alternative date for that delivery. If product is not available, you will not be charged for that stock. After contacting you by email or phone we will hold your order until all your required products become available and then deliver or make a second delivery once the depleted stock is replenished in our warehouse. We will only take payment for the purchase once the stock is dispatched, and will not make a charge for the second delivery if a second delivery is required because the product was not in stock.
"Cask" from time to time will run promotional offers. All of these offers will be subject to availability and while stocks last and will be sold and dispatched on a fist come first served basis.

"Cask" and those customers using the services of "Cask" shall be governed by the Laws of the State of California and the United States of America and as such, any dispute shall be decided by the courts of the State of California and the United States of America.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of our internet services should we deem that you are not using are services correctly or for the reasons the service was designed or we believe you are under legal drinking age.
No permission is given by Future Beverage Inc. for any use of content, copy, images or design from it's website and as such all rights are reserved.
All alcohol products purchased at CaskStore.com are subject to California taxation. If alcoholic products are sent to an address outside the United States, we will not charge California tax, although your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon the moment of arrival in your country, which are levied once the package reaches your country and must be paid for in order that the product will be released by local customs. All duties levied by local customs on arrival of alcoholic products from the United States must be borne by the customer and not "Cask". Duty levels and policies around the world vary therefore it is your obligation to contact your local customs office to determine the rules. We do not take responsibility of non delivery if local customs have not been paid by you.
