ZACAPA CENTENARIO 23 SOLERA
This Guatemalan specialty is blended from vintage rums that have been barrel-aged for up to 23 years. It is the pride of its native land and its recipe remains a closely guarded secret known only to a few master blenders and protected by the Guatemalan government. It has a rich chestnut color and a spicy, fudge aroma. The flavors evoke spice, vanilla and toffee with a sugary sweetness to caress the palate. In Guatemala, they make rum from cane honey, which is essentially a cane juice concentrate containing no molasses.
