SCARLET IBIS TRINIDAD
Distilled by the Distilling Company of Trinidad & Tobago and aged for three to five years in white oak barrels, Scarlet Ibis is made from molasses and is an excellent example of the island's small-cask rum production. Originally commissioned as a private barrel project for Death & Co in New York, now additional stock is being sold as it becomes available. Bottled at 98 proof this is a limited, highly sought after range.
