KOLOA DARK RUM

Koloa rums are made on the Hawaiian island of Kaua'i from sugar cane and rain water. The dark rum took bronze at the 2012 San Francisco Spirits Competition. Double distilled, it has a soft character but lots of flavor with rich coffee and molasses on the nose and hints of vanilla, roasted nuts, caramel apple and orange peel on the palate followed by a long woody finish. Rum enthusiasts are fanatical about Koloa and at Cask, our customers rave about it.
