HIGH WEST AMERICAN PRAIRIE RSV
High West is a prolific whiskey producer and the American Prairie Reserve is a complex blend of two distinct bourbons. The first is a six-year-old made with a high corn mash bill and the second a ten-year-old made with a mash bill of 60% corn, 35% rye and a little barley malt. The result is a complex whiskey with lots of spice from the rye adding to the soft toffee of the bourbon and oak flavors from the casks.
