A Spanish Jamaican fusion, this liqueur dates back to the 17th century and was rediscovered in the 1950s by Dr Kenneth Leigh Evans. The drink is an infusion of natural vanilla, fresh coffee and a touch of Jamaican rum. A rich copper and golden color, Tia Maria has a caramel nose and a sweet vanilla and coffee flavor. It is an ideal mixer for many cocktails.
