PEYCHAUDS BITTERS 4 OZ

An important component of the Sazerac cocktail, this bitter was first created in 1830 by Antoine Amedee Peychaud.
Peychaud was originally from the French colony that is today known as Haiti.
He settled in New Orleans in 1795 where, as a chemist, he developed his world-famous cocktail enhancer.
Peychauds Bitters are comparable to Angostura bitters, but with a lighter body, sweeter taste and more floral aroma.
