Anejo, by law, must spend 12 months in the barrel. Corralejo's is aged in new American oak barrels charred on the inside to lend a touch of smoke to the flavors inside. It is another fine expression of Master Distiller Don Leonardo's talents. The bottle is in red, signifying prosperity in Mexico.
